3. Log-in for Dice & Monster is available with us, as well as our in-house candidate database.

4. 24/7 support for work classified as 'urgent and top priority'.

5. Personal monitoring of progress of work by Senior Management on daily basis.

6. The Procedure: The recruiter will search for suitable resume and short list the candidates as per the clients requirements, and will call the candidates for initial screening. If found suitable, the recruiter will negotiate the salary offer. A match at this stage will lead the candidate to the Technical Screening procedure. The candidate profile will then be submitted to the client after passing this stage.


2. Passive Sourcing:
Want to get those professionals who are not on any job boards or headhunt candidates from other/competing companies? We shall do the same with our experienced & talented Sourcing Team.

3. Lead Generation:
We search for positions that other companies have advertised on the Internet. You tell us about your lead generation needs. We will search and compile such information to enable
you to map a market by skill, qualification, profession, region, industry segment, etc. So
you may market your services more accurately to your client and other prospective companies. We will research and gather all available information and compile it in a spreadsheet. This will help you to understand their current hiring needs; allow you to predict future needs; investigate a new market sector and open up new doors for your sales team.
